Let go to move forward

A small reflection on the quiet courage of releasing what no longer supports us, and the new space that opens when we finally loosen our grip.

Holding on feels safe. Familiar. Predictable. Even when what we're holding no long fits, no longer supports us, no longer reflects who we're becoming. Letting go, meanwhile, feels like stepping into fog: uncertain, unsteady, undefined.

But every meaningful shift in my life has required release. Release of roles. Release of expectations. Release of stories I once believed were permanent. The moment I loosen my grip, something new has room to arrive.

Letting go isn't loss. It's permission.

What are you ready to loosen?
