How I listen. How I write. How I find the deeper layer.

Five words began as a way to catch the essence of a moment before it slipped away. They became an anchor, a doorway, a quiet truth. Not brevity — depth. Not reduction — revelation.

Five words are a beginning. When I sit with them, they open: a memory rises, a feeling steadies, a story steps forward. Meaning unfolds when given space.

People often know more than they realise. Their five words reveal it — the hope, the ache, the humour, the resilience. My role is to witness and reflect, shaping what is already there. Some stories arrive as text, some as sound, some as images. Each chooses its own form.

This is a place to linger, to wander, to meet the words that meet you.
