The quiet shift

A small, unseen moment when something inside you exhales—and everything quietly begins.

REFLECTIONS

Bare trees line a wet road on a cloudy day.
Bare trees line a wet road on a cloudy day.

There’s a moment, often small and almost invisible,
when something inside you changes shape.
You don’t notice it at first.
You only feel the echo —
a soft tug, a loosening,
a sense that something old has finally exhaled.

I’ve learned to trust those moments.
They’re the beginning of everything.
